Privacy Policy
Signal Compass stores the minimum data needed to run your account: your authenticated account identifier and email, your membership or promotion status, your watchlist, your notification preferences, your saved autopilot limits, your disclosure acknowledgments, and the simulated run and order history produced for your account.
Your data is isolated per account by database row-level security. One member can never read another member's profile, watchlist, settings, signals, simulated orders, positions, or results. Only the owner account can see administrative views such as promotion redemptions and signal control.
Brokerage and provider credentials are held only as server-side secrets. They are never sent to the browser, never placed in URLs, never written to client logs, and never shared with payment processors. We do not display or export secret keys or tokens.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe receives the information it needs to process a payment; Signal Compass stores only the resulting subscription status, plan, period dates, and identifiers required to manage your membership. Card numbers are never stored by Signal Compass.
Email is used only for account, membership, and signal notifications you have enabled. Every signal email includes an unsubscribe option, and notification scope can be changed at any time in your preferences. Member email addresses are never exposed in browser code.
Server logs may record technical request information for reliability and abuse prevention. Logs exclude secrets and are not used to profile members for advertising. Signal Compass does not sell personal data.
You can request deletion of your account data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, and immutable audit rows are kept for the integrity of the simulated trading history.
