Terms of Use

Signal Compass is a private research and simulation workspace. Access is limited to the owner account and accounts with an active membership or a redeemed promotion. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Signal Compass is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and nothing in the product is personalized investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or contract. Signals, scanner output, chart analysis, and automation settings are informational and educational only.

All order routing in Signal Compass is simulated. Orders are submitted only to Alpaca's simulated trading endpoint. Live-money routing is not implemented and live credentials are rejected server-side. Simulated results do not represent real trading results and can differ materially from live execution.

Market data, news, and option chain data are supplied by third parties. Data can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable, and providers may impose their own rate limits or outages. Signal Compass shows freshness and market-state information so you can judge what is current, and pauses automated scanning when data cannot be verified.

You agree not to attempt to bypass access controls, redeem promotion codes fraudulently, share your account, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation. Memberships and promotion access may be suspended for misuse.

Signal Compass is provided on an as-is basis and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms may change as the product changes. Material changes are shown in the product and require acknowledgment before you continue to use the affected feature.
